Kaleb Cooper Launches New Farm Project – What Does Jeremy Clarkson Say?

Kaleb Cooper, the breakout star of Clarkson’s Farm, is stepping out of Jeremy Clarkson’s shadow to launch his own farming business — and his former boss couldn’t be prouder.
The 27-year-old farmer from Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, first rose to fame in 2021 when Clarkson’s Farm debuted on Amazon Prime Video. His blunt humour, no-nonsense work ethic, and exasperation at Clarkson’s chaotic farming attempts made him an instant fan favourite.
Since then, Cooper has appeared in all four seasons of the hit series, which follows Clarkson’s journey running Diddly Squat Farm in the Cotswolds. The show has become one of Prime Video’s most popular factual series, praised for its honest portrayal of British agriculture and the friendship between Clarkson — the often clueless celebrity farmer — and Cooper, the young agricultural expert who keeps things running.
Now, however, Cooper is branching out on his own with a new “farm to fork” project that directly mirrors the successful Diddly Squat Farm Shop business.
Operating under the name Cooper Livestock Ltd, Kaleb’s new venture is described as providing “quality, local meat” straight from the family’s own farm in Chipping Norton.
According to the company’s website:
“We’re a family-run farm in Chipping Norton passionate about producing home-reared beef, lamb, and pork. From field to fork, everything we sell is raised with care and butchered locally to ensure the best quality and flavour.”
The company offers a variety of meat products — including steaks, sausages, burgers, and barbecue boxes — all produced using traditional, sustainable farming methods.

Industry observers have noted that the venture puts Cooper in direct competition with Clarkson’s own farm shop at Diddly Squat, which has become a major tourist attraction since opening in 2020.
But rather than seeing it as rivalry, those close to the pair insist that Clarkson is nothing but supportive of his young protégé’s ambitions.
A source told The Sun:
“Kaleb is a superstar and deserves all the success he is rightly getting. Jeremy is proud as punch.”
Indeed, the dynamic between the two has long been one of mutual respect — even if it’s often wrapped in good-natured banter and onscreen bickering. Clarkson has previously credited Kaleb for teaching him much of what he knows about farming and for keeping Diddly Squat operational through some of its toughest times.
Cooper, meanwhile, continues to expand his portfolio beyond the fields of Oxfordshire. The young father-of-three currently has several registered companies to his name, including K Cooper Retail Limited, K Cooper Holdings Limited, Kaleb Cooper Productions Limited, and Kaleb Cooper Contracting Limited.

He is also pursuing television opportunities of his own. The farmer is reportedly in Australia filming a new Amazon Prime series, expected to showcase his trademark humour and hands-on approach to agriculture.
Fans of Clarkson’s Farm have reacted enthusiastically to the news, seeing Cooper’s success as a natural next step for the man who became an unexpected symbol of Britain’s hardworking rural youth.
And while he may now be technically “rivaling” his famous boss, it seems there’s no bad blood between them — just two farmers who share a passion for the land, and a healthy respect for each other’s hard work.
As one fan joked online:
“Looks like Kaleb learned from the best — and now he’s teaching the teacher.”
